Warranty Standards

Full Product Warranty

• SMAD provides a 24-month (2-year) warranty for all product categories.
• During the warranty period, if any product quality issue occurs, we will provide repair services, replacement parts, or other appropriate solutions based on the specific situation.

Spare Parts Availability

• After a product is discontinued, SMAD guarantees the availability of necessary repair parts for at least 7 years, ensuring long-term product maintenance and reliability.

Extended Warranty After Repair

• If a product is repaired during the warranty period, the warranty for the repaired parts will be automatically extended by 12 months.
• SMAD strictly follows EU Right to Repair regulations to provide customers with reliable and continuous after-sales support.
